- In this video, we will learn the basic calculation formula to calculate the percentage (0-100 %) for the 4-20 mA current signal.
The 4 to 20 mA and 0 to 100 % signals are
4 mA - - - 0 %
8 mA - - - 25 %
12 mA - - - 50 %
16 mA - - - 75 %
20 mA - - - 100 %

Thank you very much for easy understanding
Convenient way to calculate mA signal... thank you for sharing!
Thank you for your knowledge
Video was informative! 👍🏽
Great explain sir👍
Thanks for the information
Nice way to make understand 👍
Excellent 👍 ❤
Good to see this video
Thank you verry much sir
Thank you
Very clear explain sir use full calculation
Nice.
Thanks sir
Nice sir
Super sir
Thx (:
Are there any certifications i can get? Just want them for my resume
How we can calculate the multiplication value 6.25? What is its meaning? If the system is 0-20mAmp then what is multiplication factor?
Please explain the farmula of MA when LRV is minus and URV is positive
How do you get the 6.25 ? as a formula you are using?
(20mA-4mA=16mA) (100% / 16mA= 6.25mA) ((0%=(4mA*6.25mA)-25))((25%=(8mA*6.25)-25))((50%=(12mA*6.25)-25))((75%=(16ma*6.25)-25))((100%=(20*6.25)-25))
Just explain what is 6.25.
Sir if the LRV is negative in temperature measurement. Then please let me know how to calculate the number 25.
The transmitter output current range is always fixed i.e. 4 to 20 mA irrespective of the LRV and URV values. So this formula applies to all ranges.
@@InstrumentationTools thank you for your response 👍🏾
6.25 enna sir
6.25 kiska value hai
How about when LRV Is not 0? how to find a 25% 50% 75%
Where is this formula coming from?
Eat the mangoes...
My brother please 🙏 if u have time help me out, how did u get the -25 value , u lost me there😊
Percentage range started with 0.
But 4-20 mA range started with 4.
we compensated it with -25. (100/4=25)
I’m not clear on 25 values can you solve the equation for me sir?
I am not clear on 25 values...?
but % to mA calculations batao
