Another GREAT video! As a side note, if your Miata happens to have a power antenna, the fuse block that goes in by the battery will already be installed. And that defroster light... when I first got my Miata back in '95, I thought it was a low fuel light and ran the tank dry one day trying to discover when it would light up! I was such a newby to Miatas!
Thank you! I’m buying a NB OEM HARDTOP from a Mazda speed. For my 1992 and I hope mine goes this easy like it did for you! Hope to see more helpful videos!!
GREAT videos! BEST I've seen!! I have a question though on the switch. Part # NA75-55-460 states it is for a 94 to 97. I have a 92. Will this work on mine?
Great video! I have a 93. I think it's an LE? It has Power windows, mirrors, cruise, ABS. The wiring appears to be there but theres no room to install the switch. I haven't checked to see if the defroster pigtail exists in the dash, as it takes the place of the power mirror switch.
Hiya can you tell me does the engine have to be started for this to work my car won't start currently and I've been trying to do it while the car is not working but it won't work and was wondering if its cos the engine is off
Excellent video. That immediately cleared up a lot of questions I had about the wiring of these. Thanks.

Robin Newcomb thanks for sharing. Yeah if you have a power antenna make sure you have both 10 amp fuses in the block. Thanks for watching!
You have the best soft top video online.

Do you have the part number for the wire harness, for NA , 1st generation miata ?
I have an NA with a NB softop with glass. Which pig tail do I need? Do I need to buy both so i can mix them?
Is this everything I need for a 1990 miata with no power anything? Or is there anything else I need?
I am also curious as to why you didnt use the oem part number for the defroster relay. Instead you decided to annotate a multi purpose one?
What is this frost you speak of? How ironic that at least one of those parts came from Tuttle-Click Mazda in Irvine, CA.
Frost...don't remind me. sigh...
I have a question i did exactly you said and the defrost light stays on wat can it be? I even took off the switch and light stays on
Internal wiring started in '92, '91 has nothing and I unfortunately have a '91
What’s the part # for the wiring harness to the glass?? Where did you get it at?
I have links and part numbers in the video description. The wiring harness is from a website called "GoMiata", and the part number is N007-67-060A.
Can I have please the part number of the NA wiring harness? Thanks
N007-67-060A
I am just going to make my own
$120+ for a wire harness is crazy
@@WayywayyH This harness, will it work on a 92?
