You can never have enough real to reel tape decks. Nice setup, I only have 3 reel to reel decks. I have a Tascam 32, pioneer et 909 and a Rt707. I do want a Technics Ru 1500, but it cost too much money. I really enjoyed this video. Have a good day.
When i was in the Air Force stationed in Panama i ordered the GX635D , but my goal was to get the GX747which had all the features that i love, but it was very expensive so i bought the 635 which fit my budget
AKAI is quality i still use my GXC-46 Stereo Cassette Recorder from the seventies, my AJ-520 FL Stereo Portable Radio GXC Cassette player from the eighties. And the Double Stereo Automatic Reverse GX-W45 cassettedeck from the nineties. They are all excellent & indestructible so i know what kind of quality your AKAI Tapedecks are !!!
got my 630 db yesterday , clean it up and put a maxell on it.........today i decided to sell all my decks and cd/dvd players..........wtf , i am completely amazed , why people did that HUGE MISTAKE letting reels go?
Hey got a question for you. I was moving a broke one of the reel holders/clamps and need to replace it what is it really called. BTW I have an Akai GX-636. Thanks. Oh yeah could you recommend a source for parts. Appreciate the info in advance. \m/
