I totally get it too, this man is a great testament to what the Holy Spirit can do you for you! I wish he would come to Canada, and actually minister at our Catholic Churches!!

I'm not ashamed to admit , that the story Phil told about Baptizing the older gentleman in the wheelchair brought tears to my eyes .
I’m so glad that A&E put your show on TV. If not, I doubt as many people would be seeing our savior as they will be now. Thank you for your honesty, kindness, sincerity and above all for your faith in our Lord. It’s a Dynasty of wonderful people. I just read Sadie’s recent book and I’m no teenager! It was inspiring. Mighty fine people. They have used their platform to glorify God and I am so thankful for them. I wonder if they realize how much of a impact they have had on southern men especially. So often those “good ole boys” want nothing to do with God. They are afraid to be vulnerable, Afraid to admit they need someone and afraid to admit that there is someone bigger than them but through Duck Dynasty and this family God worked on so many many hearts.So many spiritual leaders have been shaken and awakened.

We had that happen at our house. And it was smoldering trying to get to air. If it had it would have exploded into a fire. God is so good. I won’t go into detail but now it’s fixed and will never happen again. God is good.

Judge them over surface stuff and still drink, smoke, drive over speed limits, sneak pornography or whatever else various stuff we take turns doing and acting like our💩 don't stink.??? How about the inventors of paper clips and bandaids, velcro and ..wheel chocks... Who are we to correct someone else's experiences?

Mr. Phil is probably very similar to John the Baptist. Made me excited to hear that he had the same urgency and passion, in the play. Laying the groundwork for the One to come after.... GREAT MAN OF GOD, AND A GREAT FAMILY OF GOD! I CANNOT UNDERSTAND WHY ANYONE WOULD NOT LOVE ANY OF THESE PEOPLE!! I watched every show, and still do! But I lived my Childhood just like Phil talks about! And I am 51 yrs old! I was RASIED by a godly man, and woman just like them! And I would never change a thing about it!! It made me the God fearing man I am today, and my mother is in a nursing home with Lewy Body Alizmiers Dementia for 17 months, and I take her lunch and wash her cloths everyday! As my father passed away on my birthday in with the same disease, and my only brother passed away in 4 yrs ago with Cancer! But I know it is The Lord's will, and I will see them all again in a better place! When you TRUELY BELIEVE IN THE LORD, AND HAVE FAITH, AND TRUST IN HIM AS MR ROBERTSON DOES, AND ANY OTHER PERSON OF FAITH YOU ARE NOT SCARED OF DEATH!! It will come to us all! I love the morning to spend my time with the Lord alone, and Quite to start my day off with something that I can do to help someone else, or myself, and pray for all to come to him! And I am from the same lifestyle of Phil, and all of them ! The woods gives me the peace I need! This was a great Video, and as real as it gets!! God bless all!!

So instead of just making another birthday fuss, why not use a pick a day for a birthday celebration and connect that hodgepodge with HIS Mission Statement. As Phil said put it to good use. I don't miss that there "Santa Claus Snarl" either. Love Christmas music though. Sneaky Little me, lol, had such a special time making music that singing in The Messiah in one sense did make up for being, errrr, Ahem..so called family time. Let's put it This Way. Right On, go ahead and Baptise that old boy wheelchair and all and my stupid relatives decided I was nothing but trouble because of being a dang female and an ongoing argument about do I or do n't I even belong over supposed red hair!! I mean, shut up and give me a break!! Phil and Company were right on the mark, wheelchair and all. Neither Jew or Greek, male or yes, even female, Ethiopian, eunuch, etc. We all need to do a much better job of getting the idea. If Jesus had a tax collector or two and several fishermen among HIS posse, for sure HE doesn't mind us cleaning the barn or fixing cars, eh?

This was the first time I ever heard anybody use the term "slumgullion" besides my mother.
My Mama made a pie like Miss Kay’s shrimp pie, except ours was a “bird pie”, full of quail.
They talked about gag gifts at Christmas in the first few years of our marriage of me and my husband I found out he liked Oreo's so that Christmas I got him as a gag gift I got him every Oreo's knowed to man oh he hated it but it was out of love

I do love these people. A lot of the comments talk about Christmas, which is a pagan holiday. The bible forbids eating shellfish. God does not want us eating bottom feeders, that's God's clean up crew.
