Don't provide them with a stress ball. It's your way of telling them that it's gonna hurt. 4. Don't pierce from the top of the tongue. 5. After the needle is through, don't stop to speak to them. Get the piercing in the tongue as soon as possible!! Other than all those mistakes, you did quite well. I liked the comfort too, just don't stop in the middle of the piercing process to comfort them next time. 😉
