One of the best bands of the 90's that always seemed on the cusp of becoming a huge band. Sadly it never happened. Good to see them again even if it on youtube.
I first knew them years ago when they opened up for Van Halen. I’ve been a fan ever since. Glad they’re back and looking forward to their new song coming out!
Absolutely awesome show here. If i could change one thing I'd add 15 minutes to fit the rest of the tracks from the 1st cd, esp. Last Time and Don't Turn Your Back On Me, 2 of my favorite songs by this band. IMO their 1st cd is one of the most underrated cds in history. Don't understand how this band never made it much bigger than they did, I guess they came around at a time when good music wasn't popular.
Thank you for posting this. I almost made it to the show 2 days later in Florida. I wish these guys would come to Texas! Damon talks a lot between songs is my only complaint but I appreciate what he brings as an artist.
So glad they finally are back. Great live. Damon is so underrated. Been a fan from day 1. To come out with 3 consecutive albums to start is hard to pull off. Hats off and much respect.
The first time I heard of these guys was in an interview of Steven Tyler and one of the questions asked by the interviewer was " if we were to take a peek into your CD player what would we find Steven Tyler listens to " and of course the answer was " Brother Cane ". I thought that was pretty cool.
First album. One of the 10 albums I would want with me if I could only have 10 for the rest of my life. Listen to it to this day. Front to back. Every song too good to have to skip one. ❤
It's always disappointing when great bands like this have a very limited amount of songs on touchtunes. I always look for Mirror Ball, Human After All, I Surrender, Wishpool... and a bunch of others that randomly come to mind when having a beer at the bar. Of course half the songs you want to hear in the moment are never listed on the jukebox.
I really dig Brother Cane. The sound here isn't so good, tho. The rhythm guitar in particular is too loud. The vocs are too quiet, and sound a bit muffled. I fail to see how it adds to the song, to not sing the high notes in original, in "Hard Act to Follow," but sing lower notes instead. I can barely hear the keyboardist, except when most of the band isn't playing. This is, in part, probably due to a camcorder mic or such. Why does Damon have a worried look on his face most of the time? He should look like he's owning it. He did, on that first album. They called it Southern Rock, but it had plenty of alternative influence.
I love these guys!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I jammed so much to their 3 albums in the nineties. They were so underrated.
And fools shine on is one of the best songs ever written.
Vastly underappreciated talent.
Great and underrated band I have all three of there CDs they are as good as any three CDs from any other band.

How come they didn't play The Truth? Such a beautiful song, It's one of my all time favorites.
Great 👍👍
Damon is Jerry Cantrell if Southern Rock was what hit in the early 90s vs. Grunge.
Hi uncle 👋😁
Hi nephew. 👋 😁

They should jump onTour with Blackberry Smoke! That would be a great line up!
