¡Gracias! :)
I cant keep,up.with your content !!
olé :P
I always love your delightful banter! I’ve followed your channel for a long time and I love your books. I love the way you explain. Is this one fairly easy? Or would all levels still learn…
¡Gracias, Janna! Es para todos los niveles, pero, como siempre, es más difícil para beginners :)
Thanks Gordon and Cynthia, you'll be pleased to know I've just got 3 of your books from Amazon, but this one, a whole book on one verb does seem a little er excessive...I think we need more information!
A book on one word is not just about one word. Within you will find a universe of usages, and references to many other language parts, especially expressions. The one word is a door, and it's not just about walking through the door with memorization effort, but to be able to instantly feel the usages and use them in a conversation.
@@zeppelinmexicano Ooo. That's very deep Zeppelin. Have you got the book?
Blot100, we cover not just gustar, but other impersonal verbs like gustar and we use them in every tense, so people get very familiar with its usage by the end of the book. Cx
@@LightSpeedSpanishChannel Cheers Cynthia
I couldn't think creatively on the spot that's why I'm having difficulties on my exams.... Any tips?
Es mera práctica. Tiene que sonarte bien de manera natural porque ya lo has oído varias veces antes. Empápate todo lo que puedas de español viendo vídeos, etc, de todo tipo de situaciones y forma un patrón en tu mente :) Cx
fun!! cachonda? me pueden explicar mas acerca de esta palabra?
Estar cachondo/a = To be horny.
Ser un cachundo/ ser una cachonda = To be a funny person. Cx
@@LightSpeedSpanishChannel 😲 Gracias! Debo que tener cuidado con esta palabra.
@5:35 - is "aqui estamos" a reply to que tal? "estamos" even though 1 person is replying? i would think to say "aquí estoy"??
Sona, te respondí en el Live. :) Cx
Cual era la respuesta?@@LightSpeedSpanishChannel
Para la pregunta, "Qué hay?," ¿podrías decir, "No mucho?"
Sí, podrías. Pero luego tienes que seguie. No mucho/ Poca cosa, aquí (doing whatever you're doing). Cx
Failed miserably. A new area for study and improvement!
Try again in a few weeks :) Cx
La respuesta a todas, lo siento, pero no entiendo la pregunta. Que te da cinco minutos pensar en algo. Yo pienso 😮
No te entiendo, Incognito :(
@@LightSpeedSpanishChannel exactly that's give me 5mins to think of something else.!!
Cynthia, perhaps Gordon is telling you that you are better than average, as I tell my lady mate all of the time... she doesn't realize that it's just something I say.
You think, Bill? Maybe hehe :P :)
Cachondo ? Did you mean “horny” ?? That’s quite a choice of word 😂
😳
Tú eres un cachondo, ¿a que sí? is more like 'you're a funny guy aren't you?'
@@blot100 hey thanks! Google translate gave me “horny” as a translation and I thought it was pretty balsy to use that word. Now it makes more sense 😅👍
@@bubblybull yeah I had to look it up too but it gave the other meaning as well (thankfully)
With estar = horny.
With ser = funny.
Great video. Gracias
Por que cachondo va con "ser" y no con "estar"
Estas cachondo... a que si?
Ser un cachondo = to be a funny person.
Estar cachondo = to be horny
Cx
La familia mexicana de mi esposa terminan las preguntas con ¿No?
¡Una buena también, gracias! Aquí en España también :)
Cachondo? Chachondo?
typo on second...
Ser un cachondo= to be a funny guy.
Estar cachondo = To be horny.
@@LightSpeedSpanishChannel Thanks for reply! I was just pointing out the two different spellings.......
You teased us with cachondo but never explained what that means
Estar cachondo/a = to be horny.
Ser un cachondo/ una cachonda= To be a funny person. Cx
@@LightSpeedSpanishChannel 😯I've never learned that word, thank you!
