Game 2 Lumi stays loving her zoomy Soraka and Jordan felt depressed because he and Lumi were literally the only 2 braincells working on their team. Game 3 -stream sniping? - the girlies won their freedom -Jordan served the Jordan special again at the start of the game and had a quadra at the end
Hey Lumi I'm a main Soraka since a few season and with the latest patch I pick Fleet footwork & triumph with ms in sorcery and build shurelya, swiftness and knight's vow. I've peaked dia 2 with this build (not only) and it's just a lot of fun really. The reason for that is fleetwork's mobility is extremely handy for Soraka and it charges really fast the more you move, with all the mobility in the build, I have an amazing uptime on fleet footwork. Triumph helps me sustain from knight's vow in fights and the knight's vow passive movement toward my ally pairs really well with soraka's passive and the build all around, you should try it up. (not pretending to be the top build but definitely a fun one and successful on certains situations)
Soraka feels so good with this running to eternity roman holiday build. Sad that they changes moonstone like this tho, because theres no extra ability haste for karma anymore. But at least she can give mass speed buff without staff of flowing water and use shurelya instead of moonstone for ability haste. With Nami tho, I would say the shurelya's changes is not that good for her. I use shurelya pretty often than moonstone because of the dmg boost to teammates. Idk about other people, but these changes makes Nami feels even boring to play. Maybe its just my team playing good, but I feel like healing and speed boosting bot. I dont mean that she is bad to choose/play, its just that she is very boring. Moonstone changes just makes me want to ditch any build with that tbh. I actually use locket and shurelya way more often because of how weak moonstone is. As Lumi said, Athene's proc with only some enchantress, and this moonstone change literally say "if you cant proc Athene's seasons ago, just give up on building moonstone". Moonstone become an item that has no use if you are alone or a bit too far away from your team, because it didnt even give any mythic passive for yourself. Rip my zyra moonstone build. I’ve tried the new moonstone on Sona, and it’s honestly really good. Her W is on a 3-4 second CD late game. The extra 20% healing and shielding plus the support items really makes Sona’s W strong. I’ve had 17k moonstone healing and 20k bonus healing and shielding (not including the base healing and shielding of my W). So i think Sona is probably the best one to use new moonstone cuz of the 20% bonus healing and shielding after 5 seconds of combat.
Really good analysis on the items and nice games as well... and idk if you gonna read this, but I was wondering if you could perhaps move your beautiful face a little to the left or to the other side so we could also see the minimap?
Hey lumi, I’ve been playing soraka and she heals an unbelievable amount right now. I think you’re right that she’s the strongest moonstone abuser and that the numbers are actually stronger now on her
I think Yuumi is gonna pop off in teamfights with this Moonstone buff. Getting stacks for heal power during teamfights might be good for massive Es instead of relying on the not-so-frequent (in Yuumi's case) moonstone projectiles to do the work for her. Althought this will not mean well for Yuumi-haters or haters of Yuumi's usual transportation (assassins, Sylas, etc)
Thankfully Ionian boots Is only 50g more expensive, I was scared they gonna take our 5 haste back. Also personally I don't like shurelya's update, I really liked the extra little burst It was giving
Rule 1 when the team sucks : /muteall rule 2 : try to coordinate the game by yourself, if you play champs that can create slow pushes, try to do so, or if you play engage supports, try to coordinate fights before going for objectives. Or if nothing helps and your team is a helpless horde of uncoordinated ants, just go on to the next one 😅
Yo lovely people, do you think Shurelyas will be viable on Karma/ Morgana for the max ability haste build? Or would you still prefer moonstone for its healing passive? Personally I still prefer max haste builds because, especially in lategame, I really can go wild with my skills (like Morgana q on 4 sec cd) when I reach the haste cap (usually around 170 haste depending on runes)
For them, its situational and dependant on team comp but in general, its kinda a bad item since Karma already has ms shield along with her R that basically makes it a shurelya but for morg, she's only able to cast her shield once due to her long cd (not sure if Font of Life is able to proc motivate tho) but the burst ms that shurelya give is a good disengage/engage tool for your team and it can help you better land your R since you can stick on them better. Overall, it depends on team comps and playstyle so, it can technically be viable but take note of the teams. Just play how you want but dont bring the team down lol
I literally played Soraka support with a twitch and we were against Vlad and Lee sin, I was going to go Locket until he told me to go Moonstone, guess what Moonstone did nothing and we got bursted down by Vlad ult and Lee sin e+ulti, never listening to my ADC ever again, btw we still won because of my Top, mid, and Jungle.
I have played with this build and omg the winrate! more than 10 games won in a row and I don't die more than 2 times because they can't catch me purrrr
does the starlit grace heal benefit from the amplification i wonder. i bought this on janna and it seemed to like to do good healing in stretched out battles, or those siege moments where youre team is pushed up to the enemy teams base and they are desperately defending which can last minutes at a time in some matches. when you get this charged up with redemption or her ult, the healing was massive if its a super long game. Another thing i keep in the back of my mind is that Aery will proc on Nami E and Lulu W Sona Q etc etc when considering all these enchantress items.
Here is my testimonial for this build: It is above average. I wouldn't say amazing (sorry) The MS is obviously fun as I have gotten plenty of "I hate your Raka" in my All chats. I find this build to be really hard in lower elo's simply because Soraka as a champ herself is super reliant on her allys. The evasiveness does come in a clutch and I don't really notice the difference in healing tbh. I remember playing lumi's Karma build and I abused the hell out of moonstone and felt the presence of her kit. With this one its a lot more subtle and reliant on your evasive skill set. Overall not bad but harder to win games with.
