I was thinking they did both versions on purpose as an homage to the original revenge of the sith toys when they screwed it up and forgot the chin stripe but released a second version with it way back. But i guess for some odd reason the black series short packed the chin stripe.
Well good news for you is the "new one" might be a straight reuse of the 2020 figure. I really hope Hasbro uses the 2023 clone body with a new helmet to account for the visor, but I highly doubt they will.
I’m so sick of people talking about my chin stripe. 🫤😝 No one talks about how they wrongly painted my pauldron’s small shoulder plate brown. It’s supposed to be black. Oh, and the chest strap my ammo pouches are mounted to should be grey, not white.
Big Bad has Bly with info that due the change You may get one with chin stripe or without. They pack it randomly :) we will se when my will arrive to Europe :)

i have 2 Blys one sealed one not but i cant find my open one, my sealed one is batch number 00731 no stripe.
