Bly definitely has the chin stripe, if you look really closely at when bly and the rest of the 327th are raising their blasters you can quite clearly tell that there is a darker stripe on his chin.
My only disappointment with this guy is the lack of a removable helmet. His headsculpt would've been a slight repaint of Rex's so it's not like it would've cost them too much extra.
just a note, the legs (at least the hips), are different on this and rex compared to the old clones. you can see how there isn’t as much of a thigh gap in the new mold so it looks more natural

Shanenon Wolfe I did find the tvc clone and bought it but you are right about Walmart ditching Star Wars black series thanks to Disney’s crappy sequels. The Walmart I go to still has the rise of skywalker trash. I did find Bly at toyshop in the mall but for $45 which is a rip off.
Hands down my favorite black series figure with the ranked phase one captain and lieutenant and the commander. I would love to see a Neyo and Bacara also some 212th Airborne troopers. Okay I have a list of clones I want to see

For them to do a star corps trooper they would have to make the other pauldron configuration and maybe put the ammo strap on the other arm, which is to difficult of a task for modern Hasbro. And we know they don't care enough to make Galle.

My high-quality screen grab from the movie shows A stripe... but perhaps not one that's a darker color. It obviously has darker distinguishing lines like how the helmet collectible has them.

Bly should have the chin stripe. It's not as pronounced as it is on the variant, but the shade of brown is not quite correct, either. Additionally, the 327th Officer in Battlefront is based off of Bly (the only difference being that he has a rangefinder instead of macrobinoculars). In that game, the skin has the chin stripe. I can confirm that he should have the stripe because those skins were approved by Lucasfilm.
Would be pretty cool to get a 6” aayla to go with him.

As of season 7 episode 9 of TCW this Bly is now inaccurate since they show him with the stripe on his chin.

They’d have to make the helmet a lot bigger tho it wouldn’t look right. It worked with Rex because he had a wider helmet

Yeah I actually noticed that after I made the video, didn't notice it on Rex until I got Bly and stood him with other guys!
