Join us as we take a quick weekend trip to Disneyland, California
We flew from Denver, Colorado to Long Beach, California and stayed at the HOJO Anaheim. We visited Disneyland and Disney California adventure.

Congrats to Kiya qualifying for nationals. And I am glad y’all used it as an excuse to go have some fun. Jack and I always try to go along on each other’s business trips. A family member’s convention is a great excuse to have some travel fun. Will be interested in hearing how Genie + was at Disneyland. Thanks for sharing your travel day with us!

Not a bad price at all! I loved the Small World painting in the room too! Snow in April?! I don’t miss the bipolar weather at all. Haven’t had to get snow/ice off of our windshield in over a year and wouldn’t change it for the world! 😂
Colorado weather is so bipolar! I don’t mind the snow in the actual winter time but when it’s spring it’s supposed to be spring 🤣

It even snowed today! Colorado is crazy pants. Thankfully the flight cooled off so we didn’t have to roast the whole way to California haha!

What?! That’s so crazy!!! I prefer the newer rooms but it was a decent price for a last minute trip. I do really like where the HOJO is located to the parks.
Hey hey!!! Congrats to Kiya qualifying for Nationals. Crap!! Drink!!! Sounds good to me. Lol. Sure, we will take some fry’s…. We love fry’s. Uummm yeah a warm flight is not fun at all. The room looks to be very retro but definitely a cozy place to chillax. Glad you’ll made it safe and I look forward seeing what you’ll get in to at Disneyland
Thanks so much! So. Many. Fries! Thankfully the plane cooled off after we took off. I love that it’s only a short flight to California for us, makes it easy to pop over for a weekend 😁
We laguhed at "grandma bathroom" We think no plans is the best plan for Disneyland. Dining reservations are great but always seem to get in the way of other things.
The HOJO is still great and we don’t mind the older looking room. We really enjoyed just winging it at Disneyland! 😁

It snowed again here on Mother’s Day, Colorado can’t decide which season it is 🤣 HOJO is in a great location so “retro room” was just fine lol! ❤️💖
