Wish I known this before. When I built an Aero Precision from scratch, the lower fix was confusing since SR25 had different cuts. During 2021 things were still sold out and had to wait until a Aero Precision upper became available. If I known BCA fit I would've saved $400. Got confused on the Gen 1, Gen 2 brands as well.

Thank you brother commenting your really going to enjoy that upper best bang-for-the-buck. And thank you for your hard work truckers are the one of the backbones of America
@thor25521 well, I got home, opened the box, checked out the upper. Looked good. I didn't like the look of the receiver fit to my m5 lower so I swapped the BCA receiver out for an m5 upper receiver I had set aside. Now it fits the way I like it to look. Cleaned the factory stuff out of the upper assy and test fired the rifle. Much less recoil than my 16" upper assy, lighter weight as well. Fired 5 rds without issue. Now to put a scope on it. Happy with this purchase. Keep up the great video's!
I've never seen those A2 mags work in anything. Glocks, AR15s, AR10s, nothing. The Bear Creek BC10 lower has a better trigger, better grip, but it's about the same $ I have so much invested in FAL over the past 35 years I just don't know I care for the AR-10

Is your lower first gen DPMS low profile lower I'm getting a upper like yours but it says it has the new handguard? I just want to make sure my lower will fit with this upper
My lower is a second generation Aero precision the only thing I think that will not work is a first-generation ArmaLite pattern just stay away from anything that's a true AR-10 pattern

Does anyone know if the reverse is true. I got an Aero M5 upper for $450, but would it fit and cycle correctly on a BCA lower? It won’t be under $600 but certainly not over $700.
I would just hit up Bear Creek Arsenal they have really nice customer service and ask it should work though as long as it's lr-308 parts and not AR-10 pattern
A personal favor I think they make the best lower in my humble opinion and they also have a set screw where you can adjust any slack out of the upper and the lower and the bolt catch assembled with a set screw not a roll pin which makes it a little easier to assemble and thank you so much for commenting brother you have a good day
It done pretty much everything I've asked of it for the money it's a great upper it's pretty accurate in the hands of a better Marksman it would be even better than what I can do. I think Palmetto State Armory is a notch above it in quality there AR-10 is one of the best I think for the money from Palmetto State and that's my honest opinion
Hey guys I just got an Ar10 upper from BCA and also I have a PSA AR10 Gen 2 rifle, Anybody can tell me if is a good idea to pair my new BCA upper with the PSA Lower, they will work well or not Thanks in advance for any help.....!
Still believe they are a DPMS lr-308 and not a true AR-10 ArmaLite so I think it should work with the Bear Creek and if it will align with your takedown pens it should work

Before Bill Clinton was president I owned AR 15s and now I sell specialty AR 10 uppers in WSM magnum cartridges. I wanted to tell readers you should look into buying the 80% lower jig from 5D tactical or 80% arms and buy the 80% lowers to do your own AR 15 or AR 10 and save Hugh money on doing the 80% lowers. Yes the jig and router is going to cost around High end $300ish to buy one then you own the jig you can do as many AR 80% lowers as you want and let friends use the Jig and router to do their own 80% lowers. If someone is in the Pacific NW I rent my jig & router for people doing their own 80% lowers but you must come my place to use the jig and router because it is to expensive to let some take it home and not return it. Rental fee is $50 and considering the drill bits and router cutter cost $80 I'm not in this to profit off anyone. I am now doing 80% lowers in the AR 15 & AR 10 with all of them made into operating guns they work perfectly and to finish the 80% lower with the router takes 45 minuets and in all 1 1/2 hour of time you have a finished AR 15 or AR 10 lower and not asking the commie Biden governments permission to own a gun ! I am buying 80% AR 15 lower for $39 and when finished I have half the money into the finished 80% lower than buying one from a store. I am buying AR 10 80% lowers for $89 to $95 and same here I have half the money into them than buying one in a store and no asking the commie Biden government for permission to buy a gun From Brownells - MidwayUSA and all over the internet shopping for AR parts is easy and never any shortages of parts. Good internet site I use for handrails is called just rails.com and more parts can be bought here. If wanting a precision accurate AR then contact Pac Nor Barrels and ask for Jay to get the info how to have a AR barrel made and once you have the barrel send it mark manson contact @ 982 - 614-0213 for metal work / you will need a barrel extension - gas block and gas tube.

Why the aero lower? Im have a bca complete. & plan on buying a aero upper
A personal favor I think they make the best lower in my humble opinion and they also have a set screw where you can adjust any slack out of the upper and the lower and the bolt catch assembled with a set screw not a roll pin which makes it a little easier to assemble and thank you so much for commenting brother you have a good day
@thor25521 oh ok. Makes sense. Any complaints on the accuracy of the bca barrel?
It done pretty much everything I've asked of it for the money it's a great upper it's pretty accurate in the hands of a better Marksman it would be even better than what I can do. I think Palmetto State Armory is a notch above it in quality there AR-10 is one of the best I think for the money from Palmetto State and that's my honest opinion
@thor25521 you just talked me out of upgrading uppers. My wallet thanks you sir. I will spend that money on an optic lol
@@RipPimpCScrewstonTX Thank you brother I really appreciate that now you have some fun with that gun
Does aero ever have sales for the 308 parts?
Occasionally during Black Friday and Cyber Monday are the only two times I can remember but I'm sure it's more
Not Aero directly but I got a good deal on an M5 upper for $450 on AIM surplus.
16" barrel bro..?
It is a 20 inch fluted barrel thank you for commenting brother and we really appreciate it
Thank you for your quick response 👍 love the rifle & really appreciate you sharing brother...🇺🇸
Hey guys I just got an Ar10 upper from BCA and also I have a PSA AR10 Gen 2 rifle, Anybody can tell me if is a good idea to pair my new BCA upper with the PSA Lower, they will work well or not Thanks in advance for any help.....!
Still believe they are a DPMS lr-308 and not a true AR-10 ArmaLite so I think it should work with the Bear Creek and if it will align with your takedown pens it should work
@@thor1911. Yes both pins match but, I was cycling the charging handle with a 10 rounds metal magazine on the lower and Does not feels smooth
@@williamsommi2346 I would check for tolerance inside the buffer tube. And if nothing else sometime pick you up an aero Precision lower you can't go wrong with them and thank you so much for commenting and I really appreciate it
Get the gen 3 lower and you should be good 👍
I’m assuming this is not ca legal
No brother nothing like this is probably illegal in commiefornia
Do you know if a rear changing BCA upper would fit your lower? Did you consider a PSA upper?
Yes I researched any DPMS upper will work with the Aero precision lower but I'm not sure about the Palmetto State it was more expensive and out of my budget and I'm not a fan of bca side charger
@thor25521 thanks pal.
@@NYFreeman I will say this brother if you have more money I do think Palmetto State Armory is superior
@thor25521 Thanks, I'll look into it.
Is the upper DPMS or BCA? I saw the BCA box but you refer to DPMS also.
Bro can you breathe?
Sounds like I have covid 😆 🤣
I did the same thing with my B C A 308 im glad too because it works flawlessly thanks to bca and the guys who care about us blue collars in the gun community 🧸🪖😎🇺🇸👍🏻👍🏻
Absolutely love their products
I love to see the market competition Bear Creek is inflicting on the big guys.
I am buying AR 10 80% lowers for $89 to $95 and same here I have half the money into them than buying one in a store and no asking the commie Biden government for permission to buy a gun
From Brownells - MidwayUSA and all over the internet shopping for AR parts is easy and never any shortages of parts.
