Thank you so much Sir. I will try to cover similar topics in future as well.
Which states of India follow 24 weeks of mtp ?
the amendment was done in 2021, but it is not mentioned in gazette of India of 105th CAA, and also the MTP act of 1971 is not mentioned in it.
this act is passed by parliament by which CAB ?? and what is it CAA related to it ??
why does it not seen in the Indian Constitution ?
or the gazette of Indian CAA.
Does it comes under article 21,
"Right to emergency medical aid"
Kindly clarify me.
Agar koi doctor jo register nhi hai. Aur wo illigal abortion karta hai .. 12 week ka , wo b maa ki sahmati k bina to us case me kon kon si dhara lag sakti hai .. plz reply
Mam unmarried women ke liye bhi 24 week abortion h. Ya 20 inke liye sirf 20 week h
Can in India any woman end her pregnancy before 12 weeks without any doctor's consent from her own wish(having not any medical, moral issues) . Will that be legal??
Can women solemnly decide for pregnancy termination..
You haven't added the divorce women
