    dave i want to thank you this video helps me a lot its has become a part of my workout routine since i enjoy a lot boxing but i dont have the money neither the time to go to a gym to box

    mate this is the best one ive ever done loved the movement the pivots the pushing back and forwards this is literally the perfect substitute if one cant go to the gym

    The gyms are still closed around here so I have to do all my training in my living room. These virtual training sessions are a lifesaver for home training so keep them coming, subscribed. Can you please make more virtual sparring videos, perhaps a video on just head movement or counterpunching? Thank you and cheers.

    I'm so used to 1=jab, 2=cross, that I kept messing up "Two" and "Three". But overall, fun and great virtual pad work!

      Yeah same 3 to me a lead hook but different trainers teach different ul addapt this guys stuff way better than views hope he is happy as hes denifitting so many ppl 😊

    I have gone to other videos and this really works if you have a big tv, oculus, or movie projector. It makes you feel comfortable as a beginner that wants to work on some things at home before trying it out in gym. Also can you do this for sparring lessons as well with that you can freestyle cause every fighters have different techniques and styles in fighting.

    thanks so much for these uploads, the pace and variation is spot on! if I may make one small critisism, i prefer when the camera stays upright and doesnt slip or roll. for example slipping left or right; if the camera stays looking at the coach I can see the punch coming and slip myself, but if the camera man slips its a bit disorientating and i cant see the punch. hope that made sense. thanks again for making lockdown workouts possible!!

    Enjoying your workouts, glad you're doing new content each week. One criticism this week is the camera movement, I felt it was better with a static camera like the other videos. Maybe that's because I don't like change. Keep it up though, will be making use off all your workouts.

    I lift weights and noticed how slow and tight I’ve gotten. Quit training because of my anger now I’m good and it gets me calm.

    Great workout. I listen to you calling the punches while on a stand up heavy bag at home. A 30 minute session would be great.

    How much calories would you think we would burn from this?

      Great question, there’s a couple of factors that would come into play and obviously how hard you worked 🤔😂 but one of our girls tracked her calories over 10 rounds on the pads and hit 460 calories so let’s say 46 calories a round which is 276 calories over 6 rounds. But this is just an approx amount 🥊
