Hi, I believe this is the model of my stove. Two questions if you don't mind: (1) To bake, do you press "bake" once, choose the heat setting, and then press "bake" again? (2) How do you use the air fry feature? There doesn't seem to be an exposed fan or anything. There is a metal plate attached on the back wall and I guess the coils are hidden underneath. Thank you.

I can't figure out how the control knobs work for the burners.
Why do the knobs for the burners on the left side have so many numbers that go all around the knob,
High and low on one side and high and low on the other?
