I have 400k gold coins on my vegas and we will be there for one week in October...how do you know which rewards are premium for 3 per 30 days? should I stop playing the app if I can't use many of the gold coins?

You’ll need to click the button “Click Reward Terms and Conditions to learn more” when you are about to redeem one of the rewards. Once clicked, it’ll stay “This is a premium reward” under Terms and Conditions if it is one. But more often than not, if it’s a reward for something that is 100% free and does not require an additional purchase, then that’s a premium reward. It’s recommended to read all the terms and conditions for any reward you purchase anyway as there are other stipulations that you may need to be aware of (ie, a free dessert might only be redeemable with the purchase of an entree, FreePlay is only redeemable with a minimum number of nights purchased at that particular hotel, or even something that is only redeemable on certain days). So you really need to read all the info under every reward you redeem to make sure you aren’t wasting your coins. If you do make a mistake though, you can Cancel a reward from your wallet and get your coins back. But use that function sparingly because you can only Cancel 5 rewards over 30 days.

My FB account is my nickname and my last name, so it doesn't match my ID. Will this be an issue when redeeming points? Thank you!

They don't check your Facebook name when you redeem points. You just need to use the redemption code to be issued the reward.
