Donate the Rebate Cornwall

Canon Alan Bashforth introduces the Donate the Rebate Cornwall Campaign.
Can you afford to give away some or all of your energy rebate to help people living in poverty in our county?
Transformation Cornwall has teamed up with The Diocese of Truro, The Cornwall and Isles of Scilly Methodist District and Cornwall Faith Forum to encourage those who can, to donate their energy rebate to Poverty Hurts, the Cornwall Community Foundation's cost of living appeal.
The initial target is £10,000 and there is no minimum donation. While just 25 people giving the full £400 rebate will enable us to reach our target, this campaign aims to inspire thousands of Cornish people to share just part of their rebate and make a tangible difference in our own communities.
