As a child, I had a puppy (long-haired Red Dachshund). He made potty spots on the carpet. My Dad would say "who did this'! My dog was then named Hodus! Hodus was my best pest ever.

I still to this day love the feeling of riding in tue back of the truck the other day my sister in law came up, we live in a small rural city like community most of us have a small town mindset but the tiwn has grown into a city on one side and farmland on the other; to give my kids some of that memory we took a drive and let them ride in tje back of that old truck and wow the smiles on their faces. I miss my dad but im happy to be able to share the memories
What a cool show. I didn't even know it existed. So down to earth, just like Blake.

I agree with Blake on naming dogs people names. I have had Stonewall Jackson, Lexington, Scarlett and Rhett, Braeden and Brogan, Grayson and Skylar, Skyela and Dirk, Baylee, Breanna, and Chaucer. With the exception of Lexington, Breanna, and Chaucer they were all little poodles, most being rescues that found their forever home with us.
I met Blake once when he was starting out in music. He came to Colorado Springs to play while people stood in line meet him. My husband, married daughter and her husband were all together. I feel very self conscious doing things like that so I stayed at our table. I look up and here is Blake standing next to me. He put his arm around my shoulder and said, you didn’t want to come over and meet me? The whole place was ❤ watching him and my reaction. We talked for a few minutes and then he went back to sing some songs. Austin had just come out and we really enjoyed listening to Blake sing it. At that point Blake seemed young and innocent. Very nice person.

It’s inevitable that it’s going to change. I wish the 90’s were still around too! Great songs, great artist! My daughter was born 7 years later in the same town as Blake. Ada, Oklahoma. Hard to believe Country Music started with Jimmy Rogers and the Carter Sisters back in the 30’s. I imagine those folks thought the same thing about our 90’s music. Like that song, “Time Marches On” great video!
