I got a 20-inch barrel 2 weeks ago it's definitely an MOA rifle, I'm gonna say with hand loads I could make mine sub MOA. I bought the cheapest ammo on the shelf, Norma soft point 150 grain. .500" groups at 90 yards. So, with better ammo, I say this will group better than most of my Colt competition rifles. My new hunting rifle for sure!
This is an AR-15 sized receiver set and BCG in .308, with a large magwell and the fite control group moved to the rear, just like POF did with the Revolution and Rogue. MGI did it first with their Hydra, but couldn't get reliable feeding from M14 mags, so never produced that option.
Thank you. Working with mine with good redults thus far. MOA to 1.5 MOA depending on ammo. Please do more vids with it and disclose & doscuss any malfunctions you may experience. Many thanks.
There are some guys out there that have run into problems with jamming, double feed an other things with the SFAR. Of course, they started experimenting with all kinds of things with it and trying different ammo without following factory recommendations on how to brake the rifle in. I have the 16" as it comes from factory with the only change being the charging handle. Haven't run that much rounds through it but so far it has been good except a couple of hiccups. Still too soon to give it a fair evaluation.
Good lookin rifle. I put some FDE accessories on mine & a 1-10× lpvo. After some problems initially after break in on setting 2. The new gas regulator has it running flawless for 70 rounds now. Phenomenal AR-10 when its running right.
I am not new to firearms, but looking at maybe a rifle like this. But the magazine (20rd.) rattles. Is that common? Without the magazine, it makes no noise.
I have this rifle in 16". Here in Belgium it is marketed as a Ruger AR16! That is how it is listed on my Belgian Model 4 gun license. Cheers! I have also seen it referred to as a Small Frame Armorlite Rifle (although, many might say that officially that too is incorrect).
@@hnojic I don’t get what’s funny. I literally stated what happened and told it in detail instead of leaving out information that would make it seem as if I did better than it actually was. I have more of the ammo now just have to make time to get out to the range and do it because recently I’ve been doing night drills and not worrying about the *sfar
@@AllThingsLoud_ Your original post ".75 @ 200 with two rounds". You would have shot more but ran out of ammo suggesting to the casual reader that you you took only two rounds with you to dial in your rifle. I can see the humor in this as who takes but two rounds with then to a range. 😂

Agreed. We hope to do another video on the rifle after it’s break-in period!

Definitely on my Christmas list
I’d like to see an accuracy test at 100 yards with various quality ammo. Good video thanks
My 16” consistently produces 1.5” groups at 100yds.

Great review! At least your SFAR works.... compared to other you tubers who have issues/problems with their SFAR's😀
New subscriber! Have one of these on the way...been back and forth for months now on picking one up.
We hope you love it!
You should have bought the Magpul prs LITE stock its cheaper by over 100$ and a lot lighter in weight it also looks better !
I think I’ll wait until next year for this.
Clean rifle👌🏻

Without the magazine, it makes no noise.
It takes an AR15 charging handle BTW.
Mine has been a pure nightmare, good luck
Good video brother!
Thank you!
...it's not an ar10.
It's an SFAR (Small Frame Auto loading Rifle) .308
Where’s the L? 🧐
Optional, ya can make it one word or two. utoob prefers two.@@AlphaTactics

What part did you have to get to go with the PRS stock?
I also have this question... "Which part did you replace for the Ruger "Receiver Endplate" in order to fit the PRS stock?
Nevermind, I see your answer below.
Will you drop a video on putting the magpul stock on it?
Follow the usual directions for it but be sure to remove the QD sling spacer in between the castle nut and lower. Swap it for a standard mil spec one!
I have the 20” and Got .75” group at 200 out of 2 shots of federal 130 gr hp. (Would’ve shot more but ran out of ammo)

I have the 20 inch model, first thing I tried was putting on a PRS stock, wouldn't work,
You have to remove the spacer behind the castle nut and put a standard one on. The one that comes with the gun is made for a sling to attach.
