I feel like not a lot of people didn’t know what the WiiU was, their marketing barely showed the console, and they are definitely not doing that with the switch 2

I feel like the Wii U was a massive eye opener for Nintendo. And I'm sure they want to do everything they can to make sure this console succeeds. If we have another Wii U crisis, I'm not sure how Nintendo will react.

@ they tried to make their marketing too focused on making it this perfect piece of software for your child, and it didn’t pay off because it was very boring

Quite true. Luckily, the exclusives weren't half bad and most that have been ported to the Switch have seen better success.
