Atleast the ingredients are healthy, Chana dal, salt and some spices. Chinese food consists of only maida, msg etc. And some other ingredients used in chinese food are also not considered as healthy Indian food and indian street food is way better
could not be said for entire Chinese food. chilli oil they use regularly -dan dan noodles eg. soya sauce,vinegar.,i am not even considering sichuan hotpot where every item has to be cooked in boiling chilly oil by customer. sausages in nitrite to prevent botulism,preseevatives,frozen foods -the list could go on ,so do not measure everything with same yardstick. things must change for good yes like fresh oil and hygiene but not that we reject everything.
