TRIVIA: From July 11 to July 14, 1984, Robin Wright shoots this first episode of ‘Santa Barbara’. Her first day she films 3 scenes. The first one is with Todd McKee and Julie Ronnie in the tack room set. Her second one is with Stephen Meadows in Kelly’s bedroom set. And the third one is in the helicopter mock-up.
I was surprised that NBC premiered this during the first Monday of the Olympics, ABC had the Olympics that summer, so it was competition. I thought they would've waited a couple of weeks.
