I LOVE your vlogs and kinda old-style video uploads. Oh and! LOVELOVELOVE your book recommendations! "Midnight Library" I read it in italian and let me tell you: such a great book. It made me reflect on various things in my life. Any choice we make inexorably changes our future, even the smallest decision can make a difference. This might be scary, but in the end we are the ones who write our story and if we don't like something we can change it at any time. This novel is a hymn to life and I think everyone should read it!
I'd love to have more books recommends from you, sis!

We took a family trip last spring to Montana and Yellowstone, and it was incredible. I'm so excited to see what you feel in the mountains. It was a spiritual experience for me, something in me released being in that part of the country.

If you like time travel books, try Dark Matter! It leans a bit more sci fi but it’s so good and definitely itched my brain

Kristen, if you like time jumpy books/multiple realities, you'd probably like Recursion by Blake Crouch, Dark Matter by Blake Crouch, and 22 Murders of Madison May by Max Berry. They are so fkn good. I love multiverse books and these I read SO QUICKLY.
I just finished The Man Who Died Twice by Richard Osman! Such hilarious books, catches me laughing out loud all the time

Kristen!!! I cannot reccomend Dark Matter by Blake Crouch enough. I love this book. And if you like themes of space, time, space- time travel (and a love story too) , i think you might too. Then Recursion by the same authour and if you like those two, i fully reccomend the whole Wayward Pines series (again, same author) But like, in that order. Maybe your taste will differ between the first two but iiiiiiiif you see this, definitely go for one of the first two, first. ❤

I bought The Seven Year Slip after you talked about it on the podcast and I just finished it earlier today. Let me tell you that was an easy 5 star read, It's one of the best romantic books I have ever read and I can't wait to hear your thoughts when you finish it!! (I also bought one Italian summer mostly because of the Lorelei Gilmore quote at the beginning lol)

I know you know your body better then any human on this earth, but I was also horrible with my anxiety! Like bad!
I don’t drink alcohol anymore, I stopped drinking caffeine (I have decaf now), I don’t drink soft drinks, and I don’t eat sugar anymore (like bakery sweets like cakes or lollies or chocolates) and I’ve found I’m good now, all the things that stress me out and are triggers for me, don’t effect me anymore.
I don’t want to be that annoying person, but take it like a pinch of salt 😊
It might help you as well, because I understand how you feel 😢 and I know how sometimes it is just so frustrating.

If you like “time jumpy” books, The Rearranged Life of Oona Lockhart by Margarita Montimore, is literally time jumpy and it’s so good and I remember crying at the end! Please read this one

Another time travel book rec: Dark Matter by Blake Crouch. It reads like a movie and is fast-paced. I finished it in one sitting. Highly recommend 👌

I love all the characters
Its so funny that you really liked how to stop time but didn't like midnight library! I had the opposite experience, I really liked the way that midnight library was written (the story is really heavy tho so not for everyone) but I didn't like the way that how to stop time was written. Funny how different book speak to different people. If you want to read another Haig book I recommend The Human! i think you should really enjoy it :)
