The term/concept "This is it." is helping me STOP worrying about the future, my laziness, inability to make decisions, fear of life & others, shyness, belligerence & hostility & many other things coming from a bad childhood. THIS IS IT brings me to "right here/right now" and allows me to just stop and be OK with what is here, in this moment.
I had a satori glimpse one afternoon at my desk at work. It was the most indescribably beautiful feeling of oneness. There was no self. Only warm blissful love. I was the experience. The experience was "me" I happened to be listening to some trance music which I believed had stopped the mind and allowed the "me" to diminish! Indescribable. I am currently chasing it back, which is creating frustration and suffering for the "me"
Very nice conversation! My apparent self has not recognized this(yet) I guess..but as Kenneth says..even understanding it can be a relief. And why do I keep on listening to this for years..John can I ask you..so the recognition on your side is there..did it change anything in your life? Do you "travel lighter" ?

If "I" cannot do anything, then how come when I spend a lot of time on the internet and start to feel tired and sick, I then go do a meditation or just close my eyes and go outside, I start to feel much better. 'I' chose to do something and then made 'myself' feel better no?
It could be said (I guess its going to be) 😂😅😂😅😂 that if a glimpse of non-abiding non-dual awareness is "caught" it might be the worst thing (duality) that could ever happen to you.
