  • Here's a detailed tour of the patio garden. This was the first space I gardened in here, although it has been redesigned countless times in 20 years. This is probably the most cottagey and colorful garden we have.

OMG thank you so much for saying “foll-eeee-idge” and not “foll-idge.” I don’t know why this has become a pet peeve of mine, but it has. So much going on in the world and I focus on a dumb word.

Like x 100!!! {is there a LOVE button somewhere's that I'm not seeing 'coz I prefer to hit the LOVE button). I wanted to change things up this year in my (cluster home community) flowerbeds and bought a packet of Botanical Interests "Flamingo" Celosia. Also called a wheat celosia. Annual. Slow to start (by seed), but it's outrageous gorgeous right now (zone 6a, SW of Cleve., OH). Easily 4' tall, along with my verbena bonariensis that self seeded from last year. SUPER vertical interest FOR SURE! Lovin' it - will do it again next year!!!

Suggestion- the beautiful tall white cabinet tucked in the corner of your living room (from the angle the camera showed us) it might look neat if you turned it at an angle so it touches both walls and will allow you to see from a distance what beautiful pieces you will be adding to the shelves.
