There is a Restore nearby that is basically a mess. But when I was in Florida I went in one that I first thought was a regular furniture store. It was clean and bright and everything was arranged beautifully. I guess it's up to each manager how he wants to portray a store. Of course with nicer looking stores comer nicer prices.
Great show once again. Have you tried a Bibles for China thrift store. Went to one up there somewhere and it was fabulous. We have one here in Memphis and it is pretty good. Thanks for all your hard work sharing with us!!!!
Thanks for watching. There are not any Bibles for China Thrift Stores near Detroit, Michigan. (Where I live) But thank you for telling me about them. I will keep an eye out on the road.
If you want to stick to the Toledo area then you have to go outside the actual city. Wood, Ottawa and Sandusky counties all have more thrift stores. I would join the FB groups for those and the main cities that are in them. The reason I say this is because if they are not actual Goodwill's then they are open weird hours.
What you found on your quest is pretty much what I have in my area. Even my expanded area. Prices are very high.....as though they are competing with those who upcycle and/or repurpose.
So sorry to hear that. By me prices are much better. It varies from store to store, but there are still a bunch of deals. I do hope prices level back out...
Wow!! What a range of prices from 75% off furniture that started at 19.99 to a 40$ suitcase?? The 5% one was better!! Just curious, what do you typically sell suitcases in your booth for??
Awee...I'm sad 😔 I would have pointed you to st. Vincent de Paul, the old shoe factory, and peddlers junction flea market. All in lancaster. Those are only 3 I frequent. O well...next time !!!
Wow you went to a lot of stores in one day. I noticed that your youtube channel is new. Just a tip, and I hope you take this as constructive criticism. When you are talking to your audience, it is good that you look into the camera and not at yourself. It lets people know that you are talking to them. Great haul though.
we arent a little town just saying. salvation army is an old skating rink, goodwill is the worst thrift store in our city because of high prices the girls think that they can get on and never have anything good, ohio thrift is big company that they ship store to store but kinda better than goodwill. if you want to find old stuff just go to the olde shoe factory. plus welcome to the birth city of the 50 star flag ole glory.
Lots of thrift stores to explore.
I love the little desk and the suitcase for $5! I look for them all the time and can never find- they are very popular around here now.
I just ran across this and about to watch. I am from a neighboring county so have to watch.
Oh my this video makes my heart race with excitement! So happy I found your channel! Thank you for sharing your world with us!!! 🥰🥰🥰👍👍
You are welcome. Thank you for watching

Holy moly some of those items were high. Love the sofa at the goodwill. Love your videos
It was CRAZY expensive...except for the furniture. Always fun to see what you can find (or not find) in a different town.
It seems like prices at thrift stores are going up everywhere!
Wow, great deals!! Thanks for taking us with u 😍❤️😍❤️ new subscriber
Welcome!!

Also, did you notice the original roller rink wooden floor of the Salvation Army? Some of the paint lines still visible. Skated there in the 80s.
I didn't, but how cool is that?
The goodwill in our area have skyrocketed in price. I don't even go anymore. I prefer yardsales and a little Thrift Store in New Straitsville Ohio.
thank u for posting this! i will be going through lancaster for the antique shop and wanted to know what other shops they had there to find items!
Have fun!

Wow!!!! I can’t believe you got such a small haul! But it was good stuff.
I am collecting vintage suitcases. I have around 70 so far! I just love them!!

Suitcases can vary based on age, color and shape. Standard size and vintage with clean inside $20-30

Are there more than one St. Vincent in Lancaster? The other stores did not come up as thrift stores...maybe a future trip. Thank you!
The prices were a very wide range. Love the desk.
Love the video of our town but I wish someone had informed you of the proper pronunciation. Keep up the good work!
I finally found a cool thrift store channel. Eyes on you girl.😁😁
Yay! Thank you!
