While i love the hustle, there's no protein! Protein is vital for helping you stay full. I would have swapped the veggie straws for a cup of Greek yogurt with fruit (chobani is about $1.50), a protein bar, a couple boiled eggs, or (if you're pescetarian) a pack of tuna. If you're on a budget, being constantly hungry is not ideal, so try to make sure all meals include a mix of carbs, fiber, and protein, cause that will help them last longer in your stomach.
I have info about vegan and vegetarian but I personally hate certain yogurts I think Greek one I'm not sure one has the texture of chalk and tastes worse but is less good for you but their are supplements that vegans and vegetarians takes to boost what they lack in diet also veggie straws are good I'm not a vegetarian but they are good I want try them with ranch they get a bit dry
Best bet would’ve been a cup noodle, a boiled egg and a yoghurt. Or a granola bar, bean burrito and a banana. Just a couple of different food groups rather than all carbs which will leave you hungry later on.

So this video reminded me of something… STORYTIME: so once i‘ve had this one vegan friend who WILLINGLY moved out of her parents home to LIVE IN THE STREETS because she fought with her mom everyday. It‘s not that she didn’t have a choice or a place to go - she had a possibility of 1) moving out for at least few weeks to the shelter, but she „didn’t want to live with other people together“ or 2) her psychiatric ward offered to rent her a small flat, but in order to live in this flat, she‘d have to work in ward‘s cafeteria and she „was not going to work in such a place like this cafeteria“. So instead my homegirl was unemployed and on the street and I couldn’t let her sleep at home either because I was living in a pretty small flat with strict parents. Anyway, i wanted to help her our, so at least I decided I‘m gonna cook a warm meal for her everyday and bring it over, because she always said that she was totally broke. I was making her the best veggie dishes - she was vegetarian- from my own budget and I was making maybe 600-800$ myself a month at that time… (side job) and she always found something to be unhappy about 😆 all my dishes were either too cold, or had too little seasonings, or she wasnt sure whether they were vegan and she refused to eat them… one time she claimed she was totally broke and she took me to the supermarket and was looking at veggie dishes, crying that she‘s so hungry and she has no money at all. All the money that I‘ve had left until the next paycheck were like 25 bucks… still i bought her a very expensive vegan sandwich and a drink because I just wanted to be a good friend and didn’t want her to be hungry. Then she goes „lemme go to the ATM machine, i gotta go check something“. I looked over her shoulder and that girl had almost 3k in her account… that was the moment when I cancelled this friendship 😅
