This video is 1000x more powerful when you know that she was once expected to perform this concerto while she had prepared for another, and felt the sheer horror while trying to get it together and even then she played extremely well, having remembered every note 11 months since the last time she did... All the respect, Maria ❤

@@amirmaimon9178 Yes, some of these concerti are jewels. But mozart also wrote a lot of commercial cr.. because he had to make a living. It's undeniable that his system of composition was very narrow and non evolutive. That allowed him to be efficient in writing entire symphonies in only two weeks. In that limited system of his, he did write some beautiful music but so much of his music follows the same old recipe that gets boring. Of all well known composers, i believe he is the most over rated with Beethoven. He was not that great, he just kept his system tight, not deviating or exploring different approaches. This allowed him to always be productive. But his predictable trills and cadences can be boring to death.

And if by chance they are there, they will definitely clap after the first and second parts of the classical concert. Complete ignorance and shame to insert advertisements in the middle of the music, and not during pauses between parts/movements of the concert genre!! Simply DISGUSTING!!!
