So glad I stumbled on a small channel. Long time I haven't seen one. I don't have a hand blender and wondering if i can freeze the sauce without blending to blend at a later time.
Thank you for your comment. Yes, you can freeze and blend later. It also depends on how smooth or chunky you want your apple sauce. This year I ended up peeling and cutting the seeds out before I cooked the apples. It’s a lot more time consuming, but after they were cooked I just used my stick blender. A potato masher may do the job as well.

Do you put anything in to keep from turning brown?
I do not…I don’t feel like it really turns brown if you bag and freeze it right away. You can add cinnamon to just add to the color if that helps ☺️
You didn't explain what happened with the seeds. Did they get strained out somehow? What about the skins?
Yes, they do with a Victoria strainer. It separates the skin and seeds from the sauce.
