Best MAKROUT Recipe Step by Step

Ingredients: (for about 30 makrout)
For the semolina:
500g medium semolina
1 teaspoon of salt
100g melted butter
35g oil
180g of water
2 tablespoons orange blossom water
For the date paste:
200g of date paste
1 tablespoon of oil + 1 tablespoon of orange blossom water
and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon.
oil for cooking
250g of honey
50g orange blossom water

Alaykoum Salam. Je peux pas voir dire exactement mais en tout j’ai mit 180g d’eau. Vous mettez la première fois environ la moitié puis pour la deuxième fois ce qui reste mais pas d’un coup. Vous alternez entre ajouter l’eau et mélanger. Baraka Allahou fik bon ramadan aussi 😊
