    To b very honest with u, I never like to eat this bitter gourd because of it's
    bitterness .But, when I'm just watching the way u r cooking what to add the bitterness to reduce, I made up my mind to try it once the way u r preparing..i even like to ur good message.. To include fibre in
    our daily diet. Lovely! Ma.
    U r not only an excellent, talented, cook but also a pleasant teacher and a health concern doctor... Thank u❤ma. I'm sharing this very useful receipe to all my near and good friends..
