Until a few minutes before I could watch this video, I had great respect for Chef Sanjeev Kapoor, in fact, several years ago, I have bought his recipe Book. But, now, feels he's loosing his Bearings with all due respect. That Masala he, so well roasted, wasn't even throughly ground into a fine paste. I do like cooking as its my passion. Never heard of fish being par boiled or the Masala gravy being strained. 😢
I don't accept this type of preparation, instead of using Tamarind it's better to use half Lemon juice, and without using master seeds & curry leaves I can make better Fish Curry recipe, also using full grind coconut it's better to use coconut milk 😮

No need to filter the gravy, instead of boiling in water you can cook the fish in gravy it tastes good
