Loved Atomic Habits, it took me a few attempts to get into it. I consumed the book by reading physical book and listening to audiobooks earlier in the year. I’m revisiting physical book at the moment and am going to try annotating it incorporating a notebook.
I need to get back to it! It’s sitting on my coffee table, as you know lol. Are you going to annotate in the book as well as the notebook? Or just the notebook?

They are good if you have issues with your hands like arthritis.
