@livejacksonvillenc I definitely will contact you. Question for you. What is your expert opinion on purchasing a property between Southport, St James and Wilmington. Which one of the 3 would you say will be the best investment. When thinking 5, 10,20 years from now, the prices will sky rocket the most and probably be unreachable. Which is the best investment for the future as far as will be most expensive and sought out.
@@fabianasantucci1554 that’s a tough one! On one hand, Brunswick County (Southport, st James areas, boiling springs, Leland) are still very undeveloped and I expect a ton of communities to be built over the next several years. With that said, right now Wilmington has the most opportunity simply because it’s a major city and that is where the businesses, major hospitals, etc are. Prices are only going up as Wilmington gets more developed. But once again, if you’re not a long term thinker, Brunswick County has a lot of room for growth and could be similar to a Surf City (on the east of Wilmington).
We loved vacationing at St. James for many years that we finally made the move in 2019. And coming from the congestion of NOVA, we never looked back. Nice overall video.

I was just in St James today. I just moved here from California last week. Definitely adjusting, I think it's beautiful 😍
Awesome congratulations! Let me know if I can help with anything as you get adjusted 🙂

How ever you should be praising God for beautifying it
I pray one day God should pave a way so as I should also reach in such beautiful a place bro
Mainly for witnessing about the truth of the word of God so that people can enjoy life as they are also praising God
It sucks driving in there... good luck going over 25 in the 30 zones LOL
Haha that’s the truth!
