Oh, and just a correction, and this is all over the place so I get it but... the translation in Spanish says "Salve Satan" which means "Hail Satan" but it's actually, "Hell Satan" as found in the album sleeve. (and before someone says they are a Satanic band, sure... in as much as they don't believe in Satan and are using the story of Satan as part of their dark comedy...)

I’ve found this is the case on a lot of rock/metal records-especially those that reference occult or Satanic themes in their music (even if it IS all just jokery…the kind of folks that censor records aren’t the sort what have senses of humour). The lyric is CLEARLY ‘Hail Satan’. ‘Hell Satan’ makes no sense; ‘Hell’ is not a verb, and Tobias Forge is a very careful, deliberate writer. That’s why his lyrics are simultaneously full of references to literature (e.g., the Bible, Dante’s *Inferno*, and Milton’s *Paradise Lost*), history, culture, AND dick jokes, all at once. He would never write ‘Hell Satan;’ it’s complete nonsense.

No, Satan is anti-god, the embodiment of evil according to Christianity. Kali on the other hand is a god who embraces and shows the malevolent capabilities of a supreme being. That's all.

I felt that way about Lacuna Coil live. Much better than the other bands performing that day.
