Thank you very much for helping me in understanding all over complex courses of computer science.
I'm really happy and lucky to have you throughout my learning life.
Sir your lectures are amazing i just kept watching like webseries.....
First time this has happened with me...
Brilliant teaching! 👍
I wish you were teaching in my University , Thankeww so much sir for sharing so much of knowledge
Absolute grateful to you ;)
Good job... Your videos extremely interesting... Keep it up
MOTIVATION AT 19:35 "IT is just a perception " , "Nothing might me true"
Excellent !!!
Tnq for your lecture sir now i totally understand about classless and classfull subnetting tnq so much.........
No one better than you in cs sir
sir suppose a device A has a perception that device B is in same network & thus A will send message/packet to B directly but in reality B is present in another network than A. then how can A send packet to B directly??
awesome lecture ....
excellent!!!
CFBR🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
IPV4 packets IPV6 packate ?? Is it explaned further?? Or it is not important for competitive exam mcqs?
Thanks sir
god bless you
what book to get in depth knowledge of this concept?
Great sir
Thank you Guru Ji aap acha samjhate ho
255.255.255.255 gives 2^8 subnets in class c network.255.255.255.0 gives 2^0 i.e 1 subnet or the same network.
great lecture...
HOW WE WILL DECIDE THE DEFAULT SUBNET MASK FOR A CLASELESS IP?
sir please its my humble request plz post the video of Transport Layer... I need this one.. my exam is going to start in April...!
meri b yr.....
ho gaya exam? kaisa raha?
How does B have the subnet mask 255.255.255.192 when its ip ends with 69? even with 4 parts it should be the subnet mask should be 255.255.255.64
AND the subnet mask with ip add of B.You will get this
This may be a simple question but i am confused. Why does my computer need a subnet mask, after all subnet mask is required by a router. ?
subnet mask in machine is required to know the ip of the Router.
@@ankanbhattacharyya8805 not ip of router...its ip of n/w
Subnet mask on PC tells TCP/IP stack whether traffic destination is local or foreign network. For first case, packets sent directly to target. For second case, routing table (netstat -r) must be checked to send packet to Default Gateway (on router)
Every host is supposed to have a subnet mask(even though it is not a router) so that it knows whether to send packets to a default gateway or to destination in same network.
one day paper preparation kit
plesase upload the video on routing algorithm .plz sir
at 15:00 how will B know the subnet id of A???
at 26.29 Question->DBA 200.1.15.2555(given). Calculate network id and subnet mask.
As it's class C (Directed broadcast address ) . So, 11001000.00000001.00001111.[1[1[111111 From last 8 bits HID must start , can't start from 3rd octet. Am I correct
if A wrongly thinks that B is present in its own network (but B is not present in its own network) and send the packets directly to B then what will happen??
THen packet will be send to router and router will forward it.!!
How to get full course
can anybody plz explain this Question.
Q. Ip address in the range 186.220.64.0 to 186.22071.254 are kept in a VLAN The correct netmask so that messages are broadcast only within this VLAN is
a) 186.220.255.255
b) 186.220.248.0
c) 186.220.248.255
d) 186.220.8.0
invalid range
taking 186.22071.254 as 186.220.71.254
i calculated it as c) 186.220.248.255
255.255.224.0 SHOULD be the SM
considering the given n/w is of classful classification,it belongs to class B and in class B NID is of 16 and HID is of 16 bits and sm contains 1's in NID and SID ...as you didnt mentioned the no. of subnets considering the entire n/w the subnet mask will be 255.255.0.0
good
I had doubt ,,, in the example that you are explaining at 17:41...
you told that network-A has submet mask of the 255.255.255.128 and it's network id is 200.1.2.0... then obviously the all the IP addresses from the range of the 200.1.2.0---126 will be in Network-A itself...
then how come IP address of the network-A can go in the IP address of the network-B ????????????
Coz Ntw B is merged with N/W A both have different SM and NTW A is larger than NTW B in this example
sir can u pls explain how n/w a is larger than n/w b
21:00 - A can send a packet to B directly thinking that B is on the same network. But in reality, B is on a different network(so A should not be able to send the packet directly). Isn't this a contradiction?
Shreyas Waghmare if A arrives on a result that A and B are in same network then they are definitely on the same network in reality. But as B arrived on result that A and B are on different network then there is a possibility that it is an illusion
sir can u pls explain about subnetmask 255.255.255.0?
You are in a class C network.
anding it with your IP will give you many information as he explained
my Subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. Am i special???
nop u are a class C person
same bro
