There's very little more satisfying then when a wolf pack actually works together and it is devastating to the enemy team. I felt for the marauder, I've certainly been there and I've also been the one doing the wolf packing. This is one of the best and most fun ways to run the piranha. That first game shows just how quickly the mech falls apart if you try to face enemies. It's absolutely crazy how much firepower this little mech can bring to the field. Exciting games Bara, thank you for them :D
@@donkeysunited did those documentaries also talk about how most piranha species dont care about blood and only eat dead fish? that most piranhas nibble at the extremeties of other piranhas as a rank order? that there are even vegetarian piranha species? that they allways eat their prey from back to head, so you gotta be fast when try to catch fish in piranha waters, othervise the movement of the fighting fish draws them towards your catch and they devour it, leaving only grates and head?
The Piranha 1 with 12x heavy MGs + 1x Flamer + 2x Artillery Strike + 1x UAV is sooo much fun to play. In my opinion Piranha 1, 2 and the cipher are great light mechs, but situation awareness and piloting skills (engage and disengage enemy mechs, closely circle enemy mechs etc) are verry important, no tolerance for errors...

I have played BT as a tabletop in the old times. So i don´t haven´t got a deep clue about the PC game. But i like your style of play and commenting a lot. i enjoy every minute of you gameplay. thx (sorry for my english)
I find it funny that he's saying his Piranha is squishy when I regularly strip mine of most of the armor, The max armor is 10 and that's on the legs, The rest is 8 or lower
For one, your old mechs may be outdated. Second, what may have worked before in terms of engines and equipment, may also have changed. There's a multitude of advice that is better than mine, so just watch some recent bara videos to get some idea of what the field looks like.
Check out what Tier you land. You should have been reset to III, which is a weird game style mix. Get a few new mechs because the old one have been nerfed. Just get back in for a day or two to get your bearing. You might drop to Tier IV which will be interesting. Don’t expect any team cohesion there, so a sniper build might work best.
@@gabrielzellers1822 Thanks m8! And yes my builds dont really feel nice anymore... Well i guess i will need some time to rearange everything :D btw why do you think i want to play again ;D Bara always gets me back into Mechwarrior/Battletech
Nice. Piranhas truly feel like a vulnerable light mech when you're playing them. Unlike ::coughcough:: Fleas and Commandos which can run through an entire enemy team with only getting a few scratches. Great showcase on how to carefully play a Piranha.
Team damage with arty strikes is always fun. Even better is when you manage to kill a team member with arty by accident because they pay no attention to the red smoke and rush in, and you get the penalty instead of them.
i always feel like a dishonorable a hole when i play piranhas my build on this one is 6 mg 7 micro pulse 2.5 tons of ammo skills are full armor full radar dep 3 cool run and the rest as much range as i can get over heating isnt a thing all of them are way op
I love when the weapon grouping panel looks like a paragraph.
Try 13 mpls and 3 hmgs on a direwolf. That's a paragraph.
900 damage in a Pirahna! Just a school on how to conduct wolf-pack attacks and capitalize on that mech! Love it! Thanks, Bara!
1000+ dmg when you include the Team Damage. KILL MAIM BURN KILL MAIM BURN KILL MAIM BURN!
Second battle was text book light mech swarm tactics. Thanks for showing it!

When there's blood in the water and the piranha gets into a feeding frenzy, it often eats its own buddies :)
where did you get that from. i have several books about all sorts of piranhas and i have never heard about that
@@Genesis23OPB You're obviously not watching the high quality documentaries I watch like Piranha 3D and Piranha 3DD :p

It's worth noting that Baradul did more team damage than two of the enemy mechs combined. He ranked 9th place on the opposite team for damage. 😀
just got the CIPHER "MURDER FISH" the other day. Loving it with the help of your videos.
Watch out for Streak Boats for the next few days.
I run 6xHGM 9xER micros so funny get behind assault mech core it out before it knows you are there. Trick is to wait till it's busy with another mech
love playing piranha minus the limited field of view

I’d love to see a video of your favourite mechs from each class. Not the best mechs, just the ones you have the most fun playing.
I haven't been able to play mwo in a hot minute I've been going AIT and basic in the army these videos made me smile everytime I saw them
Your drill sergeants let you have access to watch YT during basic..? What is this world coming to?
@@trenauldo no I'm in AIT now
Bows3r, FatherBill and Baradul in the first game... That's what nightmares are made of.
The Chipher is one of my favourite mechs

> Leg takes immediate damage
Man that thing is squishy!!
Pretty sure the team damage was when you dropped arty on the Phoenix Hawk in the trench near the end? A pair of teammates ran in there after it.
heat management would be even better when u actually take 2 coolshots ^^
I find it funny that he's saying his Piranha is squishy when I regularly strip mine of most of the armor, The max armor is 10 and that's on the legs, The rest is 8 or lower
Did you see that in the second game - Marauder with Crescent Hawks insignia?
I didn't until I saw your post. Nice catch!
The piranha always skips leg day.
How does it move so fast if it skips leg day?
@@otmq I'm referring to weight lifters.
So, this build could be summarized as:
"Terrifyingly weaponized goldfish bowl."
Great Video! Thank You!
Wonderful match!

Any tipps for someone who hasn't played for 2 years? I need to get back into it

run, fools!!!!
Baradul's cockpit is a goldfish bowl with this build.
Get rid of your firepower and cool shot. Add to survivability, the other anchor turn, and operations cool run. Much better
Over 1000 dmg, nicely done 🙀 👏🏼 😹
Thanks Bara for the vid. I just bought a Cipher and it was great to see the skill options and tactics of playing it.

Or an urbie, who tanks dmg like a mini boss.
Gotta shoot the mechs butt when ya get behind them. Counts as back center armor
For this light event I want to buy a incubus, wich chasis? Inc 4 or inc 2?
Both looks good im Undecided
The limited tunnel vision of that mech is awful! Great video though. :)
A bit bummed out that the game no longer recognizes my keyboard. Oh well, at least I got my daily dose :)
Like being mauled to death by a pack of chihuahuas
I love my Piranha, but sooo squishy
Lets see a competent Raven 2x
I came up with xl195 mrm 20 2 med laser ams and active probe. Fun as hell.(new player)
That was a rush!
GZ !!!
wouldnt it be nice to get new mechs to create content in?
That second match tho...
fire weapon group 1 xD

Wow, this has an insane quantity of weapons lol
Well played 👌. That being said, I hate how OP some lights are in this game. . .
Wow, this build is so balanced! More balanced than my 4 ams piranha... Lol
145 team damage
War crimes! D:
That's not nearly as terrible as 300+ team damage by arty. I got banned for 30 mins so the group I was running with had to let me go.
900 dmg wow
Seems way OP for the tonnage. I know, I know...15 weapons on a light mech is completely balanced and fair. Got it.
