Nice video. I would add a tip, when you want to shoot with power, apply force with the supporting feet to the opposite direction of the kick, just before you hit the ball. This will create momentum to your body and you will feel more power with less effort.

It is very common for ppl who tried this method and didn't realized that they are getting used to jump to the ball for the last step.
