His program has nothing to do with how much you can improve , it's all about hunger . There're guys better than him showing what to do , you don't need anything when you've youtube . You don't need to waste your money when you have yt . Watch 7mlc , unisport , etc etc they're better + bro you would better know what to improve in yourself , if you're really good enough to get selected you're gonna be even without his so called program and lemme tell you one thing , they're all just making money .

for powershots I usually incorporate a small jump in the follow through so I can go 100% without worrying abt tripping or losing balance
Focusing on momentum and transferring that cleanly through the ball is an exciting breakthrough for me.
I was focusing on all the wrong things, now I’m striking the ball cleanly and not overthinking things.

Hips pointed at target is a tip im gonna try. Most tutorials just tell u to aim With the landing foot.

But muscles also matters if you want overall strength

Leg size doesn't matter, you only named people with big legs who also worked extremely hard. Like the one guy who said valverde, who worked hard for his power all five of those also worked around the same as valverde to get that power.

Evn if u play really good u will play in ur school team and then go find a job as their is no oppurtunities

i play in the school team but of course will have no oppurtinities as u know why,even my coaches have told me that in india there is no scope at all.
And to provide financial stability to my fam i have to start working as i am 15 now and have time till like 22 to go pro.
But have all hope in allah and am very grateful of the life i have and whatever skills i have is all thnks to allah alhamdullilah.
The only option i have is to go or move out of india but have no money lol
