Hi!!! You can do anything you set your mind to but remember healthy weight loss is 1 to 2 pounds a week so don’t focus on the goal just focus on the lifestyle change and everything else will just fall into place

It all looks really good but I would caution you about reheating food in plastic containers (even if they say they are micro-safe), just get a glass container for foods that need reheating. You are doing so much for your health, you wouldn't want to inadvertently do it damage.

Honestly my new goals for 2021-2022 is become more focused on myself healthwise. This year's been a big struggle. Broke my leg in February as I was leaving for work one morning and began stress eating. I lost my job a few weeks ago but started an entirely different then im used to job miles from home. I just want to focus on being better and feeling like myself again. Thanks for doing these videos. Also I would've just dumped the chicken and avocado in my salad lol mm delish

You got me hooked on all this! I love mine with chive and onion cream cheese, turkey, and chopped cucumber for EXTRA crunch. Only snag I hit: I must be intolerant of bell/sweet peppers, I get a nasty upset stomach after eating them. But I researched it, found out you could probably get around it peeling off the skin. It's not AS crunchy, but today is finally the first day my stomach isn't wrecked 😂thank you for giving me my summer staples!

Hi, I'm a new subbie here, I first saw you bite into a red pepper on TikTok and have been following you ever since. I have to tell you I always cut up red peppers ever since I found a gray black mold inside of one, I was really surprised cause it was very firm and perfect on the outside. I researched and found out that a red pepper is a fully ripened green pepper, growers leave them on the plant longer therefore there's a higher chance humidity can get in through a tiny crack in the stem....just thought I'd pass this little FYI on to you. It’s basically timed eating so there is an eating window and a non-eating window I essentially don’t eat for 16 hours and my eating window is eight hours and I eat a healthy amount of calories within that eating window it’s not starving yourself it’s just timed eating

Rose has the lowest carbs and I usually drink a seltzer and sometimes mix another shot and some chrystal light!

I brew the same coffee pod twice. And you have to try salted caramel from Jordan skinny syrups. My fav !!

You can make healthy sweet items too!! And we have this chicken rub or just the regulars garlic, onion, salt, pepper, paprika!
