I used to be like that I'm gaining a little at a time I used to be a size one in juniors pants now I'm up to a size 3. I uped my calories to 2,000 I eat healthy tho like protein shake grilled meat and vegetables, fruit, walnuts, yougurt. And I started bulking 😊😊 hope that helps.
