don't drink soda or juice only water
Both of those are horrible recommendations, try and eat foods in moderation and replace unhealthier foods with more wholesome greens, fruits but don't cut out meat it's really important for protein. I'd also recommend joining an after school activity, I'm a dancer so I'm always working out but having fun while doing it (dance is a full body workout but fun). Maybe go for walks or runs whatever you like to do that'll help you lose weight

And as she said in her video, she has a job. She has a job and she got rid of a bunch of clothes (probably on an app that she can sell them on) so if she saved up her money, what should it matter? I don't think she does hauls often so she has plenty of time to save up especially if you have a good job. And I'm not sure if RUclips has started paying her or not.
