Now for the snake/worm, it could be what they call a grass snake, which are harmless and could get 20 inches long as an adult. That’s what it looked like to me but was really had to tell on video. However, if it looked more like a worm, but had kind of a head, then it could be one of those new type of Crazy Snake Worms or also known as a Jumping worm. They are from Southeastern Asia and can drain the soil of all the nutrients as well as damage any vegetation. I just recently read about them on the Farmers Almanac newsletter. They were first found in Chicago, but due to plant nurseries shipping potting soils unknowingly containing their eggs, these soil devastating worms are now in several states in the US. …Sorry, gardening is my hobby…..hopefully, it was just a grass snake! I still don’t like snakes, but grass snakes eat bugs, so they are harmless.
@@sippywyatt what can I say, when you put all the work into planting a garden you learn the good from the bad when it comes to nature…lol…I’m a garden nerd. I don’t know everything, but if I did I wouldn’t remember it all…lol When I’m not in the garden I’m watching RUclips. My hubby watches news and sports, so RUclips is a life saver so I don’t go crazy…lol I usually watch garden, homestead, sewing or topics like that, but I saw you on one of the homestead channels I follow when they gave you some old 45 records. You mentioned you thrift to resell so I started following. I like to see what you buy and how much you get out of it. Reselling isn’t my thing, but I like how you explain everything, so I watch. Besides, if someone I know wants to start reselling I can tell them about your channel and be up to date on how your doing. Silly, I know, but when your old that’s what you do…lol

So often, what is awesome with garage and yard sales is they just want to get rid of it and they don't care, like the boots that the guy gave you that killer deal on! Great video and I loved seeing you all go together and find these deals. Your daughter is very sweet and your wife supports your work so much and helps you out a ton. It really is nice to see that you all have been able to work together in your careers like this. Keep it up and hopefully you will continue seeing growth in your channel and businesses. Your wife ought to start her own channel for RUclips with her bookkeeping tips and business ideas for RUclipsrs and resellers! It would be a hit and she is a natural at it.
