I love how the smosh channels show us their brilliant "behind the scenes" people on camera more and more these days. Spencer is a video editor, Tommy started on the social media team, and we get to see/hear directors and other crew from time to time. Even when they play games like "which smosh member made this meme", they don't limit it to the on-screen talent. Really makes the whole place seem super collaborative and thats cool.
