It kinda suggested they were at least in each others quarantine bubble, but even then sharing drinks during a pandemic would be odd. So it suggested they might be very comfortable being up close. It was never a big enough moment that it would give them away but as someone who only started watching smosh this year and binged stuff, it was something I clocked watching back some compilations because I already had other "huh... They might be" moments.
