- On the third day of our adventure we visit Mesa Verde National Park, take a tour of the Cliff Palace, at one time home to the Ancestral Pueblo People. Then we speed west, passing by the Four Corners Monument and arriving at Goosenecks State Park in Utah.

Your voice, the way you talk/express yourself, your ability to present videos, the amount of infos (and perhaps, effort) you put into all of your vids and your trips....man, you make every place worth a visit once in a lifetime.

I loved and learned tons of things about american landmarks... and i honestly cannot wait till a video outside of the Us....i will watch them with popcorn and a notebook!
Andrea Lumpp Hey Andrea. Thank you for your kind words. Sometimes it is a lot of work but I love doing it. For something outside the US you may have to wait until next year. We are actually seriously considering Italy, where we have never been... so we might actually be able to share that beer after all and get your perspective on your country. Where are you in Italy?

great video Robert we went their on our motorcycle couldn't stay to long because it rain and snow on us their so we had to cut it short but we rode to page Arizona also were it was nice weather..

Roasted Hatch NM green chile, turquoise jewelry in Gallup also Navajo Tacos, Roswell Alien Crash, Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta, Gathering of Nations Pow-Wow, White Sands, Rainbow trout fishing, many ancient Puebloan sites, green chile rellenos. Green chile cheeseburhers. Breakfast burrito with green chile ground beef, fried taters, eggs and cheese (better with Navajo flour tortilla - thicker and as big as a plate), great posole and Acoma bread.

Wonderful videos! Very helpful!! Im planning on doing the same trip this summer, (but just the opposite way, as I will come from Amarillo TX) going to the 4 corners, then up to Utah, Arch park, Moab .... and then Denver area - Colorado. I am just concerned about the distances and services.., .. about how many miles without services average? (specifically gas stations as my car has a very low miles per gallon ;/ Thanks!!!

If you don't mind me asking, what makes Cuban espresso different from Italian? I always see you drinking Cuban, but there are also Italian brands like Lavazza
It is just a sweet espresso, but with Lavazza it just doesn't taste the same.
@@TravelingRobert Is it normal for Cubans to drink it in the morning? In Italy it's usually drunken during the day, often after a meal.

How long do you recommend allotting to vising Mesa Verde Park?
+Bryan Jamison I suppose you can see all the main sights in one day if you starts early, but I would recommend two days if you prefer a more leisurely pace.

What is the camera you use to shoot your videos?
TR Brown Hi, my main camera is a 5-year-old Sony HDR XR-200. It is hard drive based and has very good optical stabilization. The car on dash camera is a GoPro Hero 3 white edition, and occasionally I use my DSLR, a Nikon D5100.

Where did they go to releive themselves, and what did they do with the human waste?
Where did they get and store their potable water?
How did they preserve their food and were they cannibals?
What did they do with their deceased?
I don't see why our Pueblo Indian culture has to be on display like that or this as if its meaningless. These sites should be sacred and shouldn't even be a tourist attraction. Our Pueblo ancestors and their lands deserve more respect.
I am actually very glad we are able to learn about such fascinating ancient people.
Well I am glad you enjoyed it and I am not referring to you but to that guide who doesn't understand our culture. Of course there many more sites than this but I hope people will understand these places mean alot to us Pueblo Indians of the Zuni, Hopi, Ohkay Owingeh, Acoma, Laguna, San Illdefonso, San Felipe, Santa Ana, Cochitti, Santa Clara, Nambe, Picuris, Tesque, Jemez, Isleta, Sandia, Zia, Taos, and Tigua Pueblos. This is our ancestors and they were complex and had meaning. Overall hope you enjoyed it.
I am sorry you feel your ancestors are being disrespected. I see it that great respect is being shown to your people. Folks are taking time out of their vacation and lives to visit with your people. The park employee in this video pointed out the technology and "smart" way these people improved their lives and were able to live in an environment most of us could not. I saw visitors staying on paths and not trampling the structures - even the children. I heard them asking questions and trying to learn. I saw great respect being given. I am a Native American from the east coast of the US (Beaver Creek, Flat Head and Chickasaw around Aiken County, SC) and when I see people visiting the ancestral lands I am proud and appreciate the respect being shown. Far better people visit and learn of our peoples than stay away and let the memory of our ancestors fade as though they never existed or mattered. I guess it's about perspective. Here (in South Carolina) we are struggling to tell the story of the Native Americans that lived here and their contributions to this area. Our culture and history melted into the white man's history and pretty much has been forgotten, even among some of the natives. Some today are working to bring that history alive again but it is an uphill battle and takes years of research just to prove the significance of 1 person or place. Here, with Cliff Palace people can see how people lived long ago and they can show their respect for your ancestors. I don't think there is any disrespect meant. ~Sherrie in South Carolina
They must have been a rather small race of people...otherwise all those 'windows' in the location don't make any sense at all!
