Great class ! I enjoyed your lessons. I am glad you recovered from COVID. It's a horrible thing and I was also sick for a couple of months from this flu. Mailynn, could you please let me know the brand of flute that you are playing with? It sounds very nice and smooth! I have an Amsterdam flute and it doesn't sound as nice. Thank you and please continue your classes!
Hi Javad, thank you for your kind comment! I'm playing on a Yahama, which I have always enjoyed playing. When it comes to sound, it is important to factor both your current playing level as well as the overall make and maintenance of the flute. Make sure to bring your instrument in for a yearly checkup (COA) and if you find you've outgrown it (you will know!), then I would start trying other flutes! 🎵 Good luck and happy fluting!
Hi Shan, thank you for your kind comment. I am hoping to start uploading again in the near future! Please let me know if there are any videos you'd like to see. Happy fluting!

Thank you Mailynn for this serie with the best beginner flute lessons! On this last episode You mentioned a Grand finale #55?
Excellent, class. Today I learnt a lot. I didn't know the differences between minor , major, harmonic and melodic . I'm gonna try to memorize them
It's so helpful, especially as you start learning more and more challenging music! 🎶 Please let me know if you have any questions. Happy fluting!!!
