SWEET BREAD
INGREDIENTS:
500 g of 000 or 0000 flour.
2 eggs.
10g dry yeast.
120 gr of sugar.
200cc of warm water.
100 cc of oil.
100cc of milk.
1 tablespoon of sweet bread essence.
150gr of fruit brightener.
Oven 170° for 40 to 50 minutes.
