If they break character they mainly get fired shortly after so that Peter Pan could have been fired from it.

1) Aladdin sounded very much like the animated Aladdin
2) the Jack Sparrow Cast member is spot on, he deserves a raise
3) Somehow they found a Jane with the same exact bone structure and look of the animated version
4) All of these videos are awesome. Love to see their excitement and inner Disney fandom come out, at the same time of trying to stay in character

I still say to this day... the true heroes of the Disneyland/Disneyworld parks are those character performers.. Every single one of them are amazing and put in so much work!!..
