Where is the best place to buy parts for a Elkay or Halsey Taylor water fountain?

I have a continuous flow from the bublar . I put a new solenoid in and h20 still trickles from the Bublar.. any suggestions?

How do I adjust the stream on this model?

The center of the water valve has an adjustment. Flat head screw driver. Not sure if that will do what you need. You also can close off main water valuve to it to reduce the pressure. Check if fully open too if need more pressure.
